Position Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify client needs and present appropriate product or service solutions
- Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction
Sales Execution
- Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Market Development
- Research market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Represent the company at relevant events, conferences, or networking opportunities
Prerequisites
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Sales certification (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person, Challenger Sales Certification)
- Industry-specific training or certifications, depending on the product line
