We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Supply Chain Analyst to support the planning, analysis, and optimization of supply chain operations. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on using data to uncover trends, solve problems, and improve supply chain performance across sourcing, logistics, and inventory management. The right candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of supply chain processes. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with two open positions available.
Position Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze supply chain data to identify performance trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support decision-making across procurement, logistics, and inventory functions
- Provide actionable insights based on analysis of demand forecasts, lead times, and supplier performance
Process Improvement
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency
- Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities across sourcing and distribution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize operations
Vendor & Inventory Support
- Monitor vendor compliance and track delivery performance metrics
- Analyze inventory levels and recommend adjustments to support service level targets and minimize carrying costs
- Support demand planning and forecasting initiatives with accurate and timely data
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)
- Certification in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence Tools
