Position Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
Sales Growth and Target Achievement
- Identify new sales opportunities and proactively pursue leads to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Market Research and Reporting
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
Prerequisites
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Sales Certification (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person – CPSP)
