We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to support a high-demand product category through regionally focused business development and client engagement. This newly created role will be instrumental in expanding market reach and delivering dedicated support to key territories. Position Responsibilities
Territory Management
- Lead sales efforts within an assigned geographic territory
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with regional goals
Product & Market Strategy
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on the assigned product category
- Maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and customer needs
- Provide feedback to internal teams on product performance and customer insights
Sales Operations
- Achieve and exceed regional sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to support proposals, pricing strategies, and order fulfillment
- Prepare accurate forecasts and reports on sales activities and outcomes
Team & Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and operations
- Represent the company at regional events, client meetings, and industry forums
Prerequisites
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on B2B or regional account management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a regional sales structure
- Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Certified Sales Executive (CSE)
- Strategic Sales Management Certification
- Sales Leadership Certification
- Relevant industry-specific sales training or credentials
