Position Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute robust sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine approach
- Establish sales performance metrics and ensure consistent achievement
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
- Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular coaching
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Represent the organization at client meetings and industry events
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align goals
Reporting & Forecasting
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting and performance reporting
- Leverage sales data to inform strategy and decision-making
- Present results and insights to executive leadership
Prerequisites
- Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably in a B2B or technical sales environment
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP), Strategic Sales Management Certification
