We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead and oversee the operations, sales, and personnel development of a branch location. This role is responsible for creating and executing strategies to drive profitable sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and manage day-to-day branch operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to motivate teams to achieve operational and financial goals.
Position Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement a branch operating plan aimed at sustainable and profitable growth
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expansion and sales development
- Share knowledge and collaborate with other branches and corporate to enhance performance
Team Leadership & Development
- Train, coach, and develop branch staff to build a high-performing, engaged team
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and ethical conduct
- Support staff engagement and lead performance evaluations and improvement plans
Operations & Financial Oversight
- Manage daily operations across sales, warehouse, and administrative functions
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and proper asset utilization
- Oversee inventory, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations for accuracy and efficiency
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Direct inside and outside sales teams to drive revenue through customer acquisition and retention
- Build strong relationships with customers and resolve service issues proactively
- Implement outbound marketing and sales campaigns to increase market penetration
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems and ethical standards
- Prepare and present performance reports and key metrics to senior leadership
- Escalate significant issues or opportunities as appropriate
Prerequisites
- Proven experience in branch management or a leadership role in operations, sales, or customer service
- Strong background in sales strategy, finance, or logistics operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
Certified Branch Manager (CBM), Project Management Professional (PMP)
