We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations and support the smooth functioning of a dynamic and fast-paced workplace. This individual will serve as a central point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring efficient office management, supporting leadership, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Position Responsibilities
Administrative Oversight
- Manage general office operations including scheduling, supplies, mail, and vendor coordination
- Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean, organized, and professional environment
Team & Executive Support
- Provide administrative support to leadership including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records
Budgeting & Procurement
- Track office expenses and manage budgets related to supplies, services, and equipment
- Coordinate with accounting on invoice processing and expense reporting
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the primary liaison between departments, vendors, and clients
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination across teams
Prerequisites
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and common office tools
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required)
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)
- Office Management Certification
- HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP)
