We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Technical Director to lead technical operations, oversee project execution, and drive innovation across business functions. Position Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of technical initiatives across departments.
- Ensure high-quality technical performance and adherence to industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams to promote continuous improvement and innovation.
Project Oversight
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional technical projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align project deliverables with business objectives.
- Monitor timelines, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure successful project outcomes.
Team & Resource Management
- Supervise technical staff, supporting recruitment, development, and performance management.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, systems, and technologies to improve team efficiency and capabilities.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Develop and refine processes to enhance productivity, quality, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead technical audits or evaluations as needed.
Prerequisites
- 7+ years of experience in a technical leadership or management role.
- Strong background in systems, engineering, IT, or related technical fields.
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex technical projects.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in technical project management, IT leadership, or systems design are preferred but not required.
