The Services and Contracts Manager will lead the research organization’s activities related to contracts, grants, and procurement. This job will require the management of the contracts and procurement staff through hiring, goal setting, staff assignments, and also performance management. The Rapid City, South Dakota area Services and Contracts Manager will ensure that all contracts and grants adhere to all applicable rules and regulations. This job will establish all of the necessary policies and procedures related to contracts, grants, and procurement activities and provide training to staff to comply with those procedures.
