- Conduct market research to identify ways to penetrate new markets.
- Develop an annual customer sales plan for the assigned account base in partnership with Channel & Distribution Segment Sales Lead.
- Develop and preent business cases to advance ideas forward.
- Communicate customer insights such as organization structure, business strategies, culture, and more with Blue Diamond colleagues.
- Obtain best sales margin results while working through customer objections and counteroffers.

- A bachelor’s degree.
- Previous food industry experience.
- Experience in a team selling environment.
- A minimum of 10 years of sales experience.
- Travel is required for this role.
