The Director of Sales will supervise market research to identify competitors and industry trends. For this job, the Dallas Director of Sales will report directly to the President of the company and will have several direct reports. Overall, the Director of Sales will monitor the sales process from beginning to end to ensure its efficiency.

• The Director of Sales will primarily supervise the operations of the sales department to ensure that sales targets and goals are being met.
• To ensure that goals are being met, the Dallas Director of Sales will develop and implement sales growth strategies.
• This position will require moderate travel outside of the metro Dallas, Texas area.

Director of Sales (Dallas Area) Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred, in a sales or business-related discipline from an accredited university.
• Must have at least five years of relevant sales experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Project management skills are a must for this job.
• Must have exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
