St. Louis Quality Manager Overview:

The St. Louis, Missouri Quality Manager will ensure that products produced in the facility meet all quality standards. The St. Louis, Missouri Quality Manager will work closely with client to ensure their satisfaction and will take action to ensure all products meet their quality standards. The St. Louis Quality Manager will ensure that all quality staff members are properly trained and that programs are maintained. He or She will also be responsible for preparing and excuting facility wide audits.

• The St. Louis, Missouri Quality Manage will assign work to quality personnel and ensure that quality programs are maintained and upheld at a high standard.
• Interface with clients to understand quality issues and implement changes to rectify them.
• Maintain records of quality errors and solutions.
• The St. Louis, Missouri Quality Manager will develop and lead trainings to ensure that the staff maintains all quality standards within the facility.
• The St. Louis Quality Manager will work closely with suppliers to ensure their quality programs meet company standards.

Quality Manager (St. Louis Area) Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related area.
• A minimum of five years of related, progressive, experience.
• High level of familiarity with the tools associated evaluating quality.
• Strong organizational skills, able to monitor progress on several projects with varying timelines.
• Good communication skills, able to discuss and summarize technical concepts for both familiar users and layman.
• Strong attention to detail, thorough.
• Familiar with standard office software.
