The Minneapolis Quality Manager will ensure that this Minneapolis manufacturing facility meets the quality appropriate standards. The Quality Manager will implement their background in plastics in order to make sure that compliance standards are consistently met. This job requires the Quality Manager to train and coach personnel on tests and procedures to ensure that they are properly carried out. The Quality Manager will work with different vendors and suppliers to help make sure they meet the correct company standards. The Minneapolis Quality Manager will record their inspections in order analyze any present of future issues. This job does not require travel outside of the Minneapolis, Minnesota area.
