Work with clients and senior engineering team to ensure that projects meet client specifications.

- The Atlanta Director of Industrial Manufacturing will work with senior stakeholders to ensure that procedures and standards are upheld.
- Meet with major clients, discuss project scope, determine requirements, and set budgets.
- Create standards for estimating project costs and budgets.
- The Atlanta Director of Industrial Manufacturing will coach senior engineering staff members in their work on client projects.
- Oversee the selection, installation, and integration of client capital equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement events and activities.
Director of Industrial Manufacturing (Atlanta Area) Job Requirements:
- A four-year degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university.
- At least ten years of progressive experience in the field of industrial construction.
- At least four years in a senior leadership position.
- Great technical skills, but also balanced with personal skills.
- Strong communication skills, able to verbalize complex concepts.
- Great leadership skills, able to persuade, motivate, and mentor others.
- Proven ability to develop a technical staff.
- Familiar managing a budget for a department.
- Strong business acumen.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to oversee multiple projects with varying deadlines.
