Detroit Program Manager Overview:
The Detroit Program Manager will oversee programs for new products and other projects. The Detroit Program Manager will handle all communication, strategy, planning, steering, and final completion of assigned projects. All conduct will be expected to be aligned with the standards of the company. The Detroit Program Manager will ensure that programs are completed in such a way that satisfies all internal and external stakeholders.
Detroit Program Manager Job Opening:
- The Detroit Program Manager will relay communication between the company and customers throughout the duration of programs.
- Work with customers to determine requirements, goals, and deadlines of programs.
- Facilitate the program planning process, and assigning tasks to the team.
- The Detroit Program Manager will determine the scope and key deliverables for each project.
- Enumerate the tasks and the requirements needed for each of those tasks to be completed adequately.
- Assign tasks to team members, organize meetings, resolve issues, and ensure that milestones are met.

- A four-year degree in engineering, business, or a related field.

- Able to develop and foster strong relationships with clients and customers.
- Proven history of successful project management.
- Familiar with common project management problem-solving techniques.
- Familiar with common project management software as well as Microsoft office.
