Las Vegas Director of Product Development Overview:
The Director of Product Development, to be located in the greater Las Vegas, Nevada area, will lead the strategic planning and execution of the formulation process. This job will require interaction with several other company departments to ensure a high-quality product that meets company goals and standards. The Las Vegas, Nevada based Director of Product Development will focus on product formulation, including pre-formulation of developing products and reformulation of existing products. The Director of Product Development (Las Vegas area) will implement pilot production and validation processes. This role will also work closely with the purchasing department to source quality raw materials to meet demands.
Las Vegas Director of Product Development Job Opening
- The Director of Product Development will participate in the pre-formulation process in new product development, product formulation, and the reformulation of existing products.
- This job will assist in the planning and purchasing of raw materials and storage of materials to be used in the production process.
- This Las Vegas based role will also conduct the final review of all formulas of new and existing products.
- This role will also develop the product budget and generate formulation protocols and ensure adherence to protocol.

Director of Product Development (Las Vegas Area) Job Requirements:
- This job requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Graduate degrees in science, chemistry, or a related field are preferred.
- Previous experience (5 years) in formulation is required. Experience in nutraceuticals, spices, or organic products is preferred.
- This job requires juggling multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.
- This job also requires strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office, and other basic office equipment.
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills are key to this role.
