The Mechanical Engineer job position will be responsible for leading the design of refrigeration systems for the food and beverage production industry with an emphasis on the soft drink production industry. He or she will travel to client production sites for inspection and design planning purposes. • The greater Milwaukee, Wisconsin area Mechanical Engineer will collaborate with all departments of the company to ensure the quality and mechanical integrity of all ammonia refrigeration designs.
• The Mechanical Engineer in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area will experience minimal travel as hands-on reviews at client sites and production plants is required.
• He or she will hold the responsibility of maintaining close relationships with breweries and soft drink beverage production companies to enhance the customer service aspect of the planning and design stage.

Mechanical Engineer (Milwaukee area) Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 (five) years of hands-on experience designing ammonia refrigeration systems is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• PLC programming and AutoCAD experience is strongly preferred.
• A four-year degree from an institution of higher learning in the field of engineering is required and a master’s degree is preferred.
