• The Roanoke Director of Operations will be responsible for establishing continuous improvement processes at the Roanoke Plant.
• In this job the Director of Operations will have full P&L responsibility for the Roanoke facility.
• This person will be expected to have knowledge in root cause analysis
• The Director of Operations will lead the industrialization of major transformation project.
• This job determines the need for any new personnel and is expected to train and develop these new hires.

Director of Operations (Roanoke area) Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of root cause analysis and QRQC.
• Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• A strong candidate must have a minimum of fifteen years of business experience in ether operations or a supply chain role.
• A green belt or high certification in Six Sigma is a strong preference.
