The primary job of the Operations Manager will be to successfully manage the manufacturing production site. He or She will need to have a strong continuous improvement skillset, to ensure sustainable profitable growth at the site. For this job, the Operations Manager will be required to also lead quality management to meet all customer expectations. The Operations Manager must be a strong communicator, internally and externally of the organization. In addition to this, he or she will need to be an innovative entrepreneur, who is able to fix problems as they arrive.

• Bachelor’s degree is required from an accredited 4-year institution.
