This role will require a high degree of problem solving acumen in order to have success at the greater Bessemer, Alabama location. Additionally, the Production Manager must also have a sense of creativity, confidence, and leadership in his or her team, as the production operators drive the business forward for various manufacturing and construction projects. The Production Manager will need to be versed on the different pieces of machinery within the greater Bessemer plant, as he or she will periodically need to set up production plans geared around utilization of all of the materials and equipment on-site.

• The Bessemer Production Manager must coming up with various performance metrics and ensuring that his or her team of production operators hit various targets.
