Dallas Sales Representative Overview:

For this Dallas job, the Sales Representative will have a bevy of responsibilities. Initially, he or she will be trained on the advantages and disadvantages of each product that the company offers. Then, he or she will work with other Sales Representatives in the greater Dallas, Texas territory and grow the business, bringing in new accounts and maintaining their relationships in order to build up incremental sales and consistent revenue streams. For this job, the Sales Representative will not manage anyone directly, but he or she will have several performance-driven metrics that he or she will have to meet in order to have success while on the job. This role will report to the Sales Manager out of Dallas for the position.

• The Sales Representative must conduct aggressive B2B sales tactics in order to have success while on the job.
• The Sales Representative will collaborate with the company’s Sales Manager in order to go and grow territory and market shares of company products.
• The Sales Representative must also serve as the initial point of customer service for company clients.
• This job will travel frequently out to client sites. 

Sales Representative (Dallas Area) Job Requirements:

• At least 4 years of outside sales experience is required for this job.
• A high degree of customer service acumen is essential for the role.
