The Estate Planning Attorney will head up a wide range of functions to support the firm’s estate planning policies and procedures. He or she will see clients on a regular basis, working with them and fulfilling their financial needs. The Estate Planning Attorney will collaborate with other facets of the legal department to coordinate wills, trusts, and charitable donations to coincide with the wishes of each client. A successful Estate Planning Attorney will be someone whom can continue the firm’s good image, while improving the lives of the clients. Arlington Heights Estate Planning Attorney Job Opening
- The first job of the Estate Planning Attorney will be to meet with clients on-site at the Arlington Heights location and assist with planning out wills and trusts that maximize financial goals.
- Another duty of the Estate Planning Attorney will be to explain, in full, the different options that each client has per his or her trust/will.
- There is little travel outside of greater Arlington Heights area for this job.
- The Estate Planning Attorney will take on other duties as necessary.
Estate Planning Attorney (Arlington Heights Area) Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree and a juris doctorate (JD) are required for this job.
- At least 5 years of experience practicing law are required for this job.
