Orlando Account Manager Overview:
The Account Manager will call, email, message, and visit prospective clients and current accounts in order to establish a larger book of business and add to channels of revenue coming into the organization. The Account Manager will have to theorize ways in which the company could increase revenue and better service clients through market research and cross-functional collaboration with multiple departments in the organization, including product management, engineering, production, and customer service. The Account Manager will manage a territory that consists of Orlando, Tampa, and Miami and will consist of companies that the organization supplies to. For this job, the Account Manager will have a role in the sales department and will report directly to the company’s Director of Sales.

- The Account Manager must develop business by corresponding with company clients both in an inside and outside sales function.
- Serve as a conduit of communication between customer and production teams to ensure that client needs are met.
- Negotiate high-billing contracts and handle customer quotes to maximize profit for the organization.
- Build a portfolio of assigned customers and leverage industry knowledge to create new leads.
- Adhere to company sales metrics on a monthly basis.
- There is moderate travel throughout the greater Orlando, Florida area required for this job.
Account Manager (Orlando Area) Job Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience in a sales and account management role is expected for this job.
