Ann Arbor Maintenance Tech Overview:
The first job of the Maintenance Tech will be to maintain different pieces of CNC and Injection Molding equipment at the Ann Arbor, Michigan plant. He or she will need to read and conduct analysis for blueprints for different parts and components that go into the machines. The Maintenance Tech will additionally have to contribute to the tidiness and safety of the shop floor. The job requires a candidate whom has a vision for the entire tool room, as the Maintenance Tech will be expected to contribute to the planning for resource and equipment allocation at the greater Ann Arbor, Michigan plant. The Maintenance Tech will report to the metro Ann Arbor Maintenance Manager for this job.
Ann Arbor Maintenance Tech Job Opening:
- The Maintenance Tech will need to repair any faulty equipment in the Ann Arbor tool room, including CNC machines and injection molding machines.
- This role will need to examine blueprints to understand how different equipment should be replaced at the Ann Arbor site.
- Conduct high levels of analysis and diagnosis to determine how certain equipment goes defunct.
- Conduct proactive maintenance plans to cut down on repair costs and delays in production.
- The Maintenance Tech will take on any additional jobs as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
Maintenance Tech (Ann Arbor Area) Job Requirements:
- Around eight to ten years of experience in the maintenance field, ideally CNC and Injection molding, is required for this job.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus for this job.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
