Chicago Sales Representative Overview:

The Chicago, Illinois Sales Representative will be responsible for leveraging knowledge of the manufacturers product line to companies in the tape and label industry. This job reports to the National Sales Manager of pressure sensitive adhesives, and will be responsible for developing new business in addition to expanding current accounts. Interfacing with customers in the Chicago, Illinois area and any potential customers within the Northeastern United States will be a primary responsibility of this job. The Sales Representative will assist with development and implementation of future sales strategy policies.

• This Job identifies existing and future sales opportunities for PSA products in Chicago, Illinois, within the Northeast coating and merchant areas.
• The Sales Representative demonstrates a proclivity for growing present customer base and adding future customers within the Chicago area.
• This job provides support for the sales team at trade shows and PSA organization groups.
• The Sales Representative assists with marketing and communication strategies for the PSA consumer base in Chicago.
• This Sales Representative will support the marketing and sales driven PSA strategies, providing input and support on value chain analysis and identification of unmet interests.

Sales Representative (Chicago Area) Job Requirements:

• This job requires a Bachelors degree in chemistry and sales experience.
• The Sales Representative must have experience working with technical, manufacturing, and procurement process.
• Candidates must be able to travel 30-50% of the time for this job.
• The Sales Representative will have good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• The right candidate will be a team player, self-starter, assertive, and have good customer presence.
