Austin Site Manager Overview:
For this job, the Austin Site Manager will primarily be responsible for managing a client site by providing a consistent stream of MRO supplies and sourcing and procuring local vendors to save the company’s clients’ money and provide superior customer service. The Austin, Texas Site Manager will be responsible for heading up continuous improvement initiatives at the client site. He or she will also be a conduit of communication between corporate and the clients. The Site Manager will have a few direct supply chain reports and will report directly to the corporation for this job.

- The Austin Site Manager is responsible for leading all of the safety procedures of the client site.
- The position must also head up all of the MRO operations of the site.
- The Austin Site Manager will additionally manage the relationships that the company has with local vendors and suppliers.
- The Austin Site Manager will also monitor inventory levels and manage their replenishment.
- For this job, the Austin Site Manager will also train employees.
- There is little to no travel required for this position.
- The Site Manager will take on any additional responsibilities as given by the corporation.
Site Manager (Austin Area) Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
- At least 5 years of supply chain experience.
- CPIM is a plus for this role
- An advanced knowledge of MRO supplies.
