Denver Manufacturing Supervisor Overview:

For this job, the Manufacturing Supervisor will be supervising and coordinating the manufacturing production of company workers when it comes to the operation of various pieces of machinery throughout the Denver plant. The job will need to do will high volumes of manufactured components and will be leading the activities of over 35 employees. For this job, the Manufacturing Supervisor will be reporting to the Manufacturing Manager in Denver, Colorado.

Denver Manufacturing Supervisor Job Opening

• The Manufacturing Supervisor will primarily be in charge of supervising the manufacturing production of over 35 workers.
• The role will need to establish and develop teams of workers in order to keep production on schedule.
• The position will analyze quality, processes, and performance of the components that are being manufactured.
• The Manufacturing Supervisor will need to schedule production and adhere to various team members’ needs.
• The role must correspond with other departments in order to meet deadlines and keep company goals moving forward.
• The job must record time, production, and performance.
• The Manufacturing Supervisor must try to continuously improve manufacturing processes.
• The role will help make sure that employees are meeting company compliance.
• The position will complete other jobs as assigned.

Manufacturing Supervisor (Denver Area) Job Requirements:

• An associate’s degree from a community college or equivalent is strongly preferred for this job.
• At least 3 years of job experience supervising a high-volume manufacturing facility (preferably in the automotive or aviation industries).
• Job experience utilizing lean manufacturing methodologies.
• A strong desire to continuously improve the workplace.
• Adept verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
