Establish performance goals and accountability standards throughout the organization.

Financial Management and Business Growth

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
Evaluate business performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
Lead business development initiatives and explore opportunities for expansion.
Review major investments, partnerships, and strategic business opportunities.
Ensure financial and operational decisions support long-term business sustainability.

Team Development and Organizational Culture

Recruit, develop, and retain strong executive leadership and management teams.

Prerequisites

Extensive experience in executive leadership, general management, or senior business management.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and organizational development.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex operations, and drive organizational growth.
Excellent financial planning, budgeting, and analytical skills.
