We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain AI-powered web applications that support digital transformation and business innovation. This role will combine modern full stack development, cloud-native architecture, data engineering, and artificial intelligence to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions.
Position Responsibilities
Full Stack Application Development
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using React/TypeScript and Python/FastAPI.
- Build RESTful APIs, asynchronous services, reusable components, and scalable application architectures.
- Develop data-driven dashboards and analytics applications for business and operational use cases.
AI & Machine Learning Integration
- Integrate large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and machine learning models into production applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize machine learning models and transform analytical concepts into production-ready solutions.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for business applications.
Cloud & Infrastructure
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-native solutions using Azure services.
- Develop containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
Data Engineering
- Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery.
- Integrate data from SQL databases, APIs, files, and other heterogeneous sources.
- Develop data models and implement data quality and validation processes.
Security & Reliability
- Implement secure coding practices, authentication, authorization, secrets management, and access controls.
- Establish monitoring, observability, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
Technical Leadership
- Establish coding standards, architectural best practices, and reusable design patterns.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and documentation.
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on software engineering, architecture, testing, and DevOps practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Collaborate across analytics, quality, reliability, sales, operations, and other business functions.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Strong experience with modern web frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
- Advanced proficiency in React, TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI.
- Experience with Azure cloud services and DevOps practices.
- Experience integrating AI/ML models and LLMs into production applications.
- Experience designing ETL/ELT pipelines and data ingestion workflows.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases and data engineering principles.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong understanding of application security and software development lifecycle practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Azure certifications such as Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect.
- AI, machine learning, or data engineering certifications.
- Kubernetes or cloud-native technology certifications.
- Terraform or DevOps certifications.
