We are seeking a forward-thinking Manager of Product Management focused on transforming learning and workforce development through AI, augmented reality (AR), and virtual reality (VR). This role will develop innovative systems and solutions that enhance talent and skills development, particularly within industrial and high-tech manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will combine product management, workforce development, and emerging technology expertise to create scalable learning experiences aligned with the future of work.

Position Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap Development

Develop product strategies and roadmaps for AI-enabled learning and workforce development solutions.
Identify emerging technologies and industry trends that can transform learning and skills development.
Translate workforce and business needs into scalable product solutions.

AI, AR & VR Solutions

Identify and implement opportunities to use AI, AR, and VR to improve learning experiences.
Develop technology-enabled solutions that support workforce upskilling and operational performance.
Evaluate emerging technologies and determine their potential applications within industrial learning environments.

Learning & Workforce Development

Lead initiatives focused on learning management, talent development, and workforce upskilling.
Develop solutions that help organizations build the skills needed for evolving manufacturing environments.
Improve learning experiences for employees across different roles and levels.

Product & Program Management

Manage product development initiatives from concept through implementation.
Establish priorities, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
Coordinate multiple initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, learning professionals, and operational stakeholders.
Gather requirements and translate stakeholder needs into product priorities.
Communicate product strategies, progress, and recommendations to leadership.

Data & Analytics

Use data and analytics to evaluate learning effectiveness and product performance.
Identify trends and insights to support product decisions and continuous improvement.
Establish metrics to measure adoption, engagement, and workforce development outcomes.

Prerequisites

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
8–10 years of relevant experience in product management, learning technology, workforce development, or related areas.
Experience implementing learning management systems or workforce development solutions.
Experience with AI, augmented reality, virtual reality, or other emerging technologies applied to learning.
Experience developing products or systems supporting talent and skills development.
Strong understanding of industrial or manufacturing workforce environments.
Demonstrated experience developing product roadmaps and managing programs.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong data analytics and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work primarily as an individual contributor while providing leadership to a small team as needed.

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

Product management certification.
Project or program management certification.
Learning and development or instructional design certification.
Relevant AI, data analytics, or emerging technology certification.
