We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedules, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives.
Position Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Define project scope, objectives, requirements, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate project activities from initiation through implementation and completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams, customers, and other project stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, priorities, risks, and key updates clearly and consistently.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Build strong working relationships across cross-functional teams.
Budget and Resource Management
- Assist in developing and managing project budgets and resource plans.
- Monitor project expenses and identify potential budget concerns.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to support project requirements.
- Ensure resources are effectively allocated to meet project objectives.
Risk and Issue Management
- Identify potential project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Develop and implement mitigation plans to minimize project disruptions.
- Escalate critical issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Monitor project performance and adjust plans as necessary.
Project Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, reports, and records.
- Track project progress against established milestones and deliverables.
- Prepare and present project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and best practices.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- Experience managing projects from planning through implementation and completion.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
- Agile, Scrum, or other relevant project management certifications.
