We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and successfully deliver projects from initiation through completion. This role will oversee project timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder communication while ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and in alignment with organizational objectives.
Position Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities from initiation through completion.
- Monitor progress and ensure projects remain on schedule and within established requirements.
- Identify potential risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
Resource & Budget Management
- Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets effectively.
- Coordinate personnel, materials, vendors, and other resources required for successful project execution.
- Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Team & Stakeholder Coordination
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
- Communicate project expectations, milestones, and updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, customers, contractors, and vendors.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify, evaluate, and address project risks and potential obstacles.
- Resolve project issues and escalate concerns when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and status reports.
Project Closeout & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure projects are completed according to established specifications and objectives.
- Conduct project reviews and document lessons learned.
- Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and future project performance.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Construction, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience managing projects from planning through completion.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
- Lean or Six Sigma certification.
- Other relevant project management or industry certifications.
