We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Doctor / Provider to deliver high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. This role involves diagnosing oral health conditions, developing treatment plans, performing a wide range of dental procedures, and educating patients on preventive care. The ideal candidate is committed to clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of dental practice.

Position Responsibilities

Patient Care

Provide comprehensive dental services to approximately 15–20 patients per day.
Conduct clinical examinations and review dental X-rays.
Diagnose oral health conditions and develop treatment plans.

Restorative & Endodontic Procedures

Perform restorative dental procedures.
Complete root canal treatments for anterior teeth, premolars, and molars.

Oral Surgery

Provide emergency dental care.
Perform minor surgical tooth extractions.

Pediatric Dentistry

Treat pediatric patients, including restorations, extractions, and pulpotomy procedures.
Educate children and parents on oral hygiene and disease prevention.

Prosthodontic Services

Perform prosthodontic treatments, including crowns, bridges, complete dentures, and partial dentures.

Periodontal Care

Diagnose periodontal disease.
Perform scaling and root planing procedures.

Patient Education

Educate patients on preventive oral health and treatment options.
Promote long-term oral health through patient education.

Prerequisites

Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) or equivalent dental degree.
Active Michigan Dental License.
Experience performing a broad range of general dental procedures.
Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required)

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Advanced training or certifications in Endodontics, Pediatric Dentistry, Prosthodontics, or Oral Surgery.
Continuing education in modern dental practices and technologies.
