Position Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and growth initiatives.
- Establish sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities to drive strategic decisions.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Participate in networking events, industry functions, and customer meetings.
Sales Performance Management
- Monitor sales activities, pipeline development, and overall team performance.
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve results.
- Ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior leadership.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer concerns and support successful account management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and customer service teams.

Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or account management.
- Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
