We are seeking a Manager – Product Management (Learning & Development) to lead the development of innovative learning solutions with a strong focus on AI-driven transformation. This role is responsible for shaping next-generation learning products that enhance workforce capability, improve industrial training outcomes, and support digital transformation within manufacturing environments.
Position Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Development
- Define and execute product strategy for learning and development solutions.
- Develop forward-looking learning products leveraging AI and emerging technologies.
- Align product vision with organizational workforce development goals.
Learning Technology & Innovation
- Lead implementation of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related platforms.
- Explore and integrate AI-driven learning tools and adaptive training solutions.
- Drive innovation in digital learning experiences for industrial and manufacturing environments.
Workforce Enablement & Transformation
- Design solutions to improve workforce upskilling and factory training effectiveness.
- Support transformation of traditional learning methods into digital and immersive experiences.
- Identify opportunities for augmented reality (AR) and other advanced training tools.
Product Execution & Delivery
- Manage product lifecycle from concept through deployment.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Ensure successful rollout and adoption of learning products across the organization.
Data & Performance Analysis
- Use data analytics to evaluate product effectiveness and learning outcomes.
- Identify improvement opportunities based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Support data-driven decision-making for product enhancements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to define requirements and priorities.
- Communicate product roadmap and progress to stakeholders.
- Work closely with subject matter experts in manufacturing and operations.
Other Duties
- Perform other duties as trained and qualified.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Product Management, Education Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 8–10 years of product management or related experience.
- Experience implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong understanding of AI applications in learning and development.
- Experience with augmented reality or digital training solutions preferred.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Product Management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM).
- Learning & Development or instructional design certifications.
- AI or digital transformation certifications.
