We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead and oversee all HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and employee engagement strategies. This role is responsible for developing HR policies, supporting leadership, and driving talent management initiatives across the organization.
Position Responsibilities
HR Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the overall Human Resources function, including policy development and implementation.
- Align HR strategies with business objectives and organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support to senior leadership on HR matters.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee recruitment strategies and workforce planning initiatives.
- Ensure effective hiring, onboarding, and retention programs.
- Support organizational growth through talent development strategies.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Manage employee relations issues and ensure fair and consistent practices.
- Oversee performance management systems and employee evaluation processes.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Compliance & HR Operations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Oversee HR reporting, documentation, and recordkeeping.
- Maintain HR systems and ensure operational efficiency.
Training & Development
- Develop and support employee training and leadership development programs.
- Identify skill gaps and implement development initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Other Duties
- Perform other duties as trained and qualified.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
- PHR or SPHR certification.
- HR leadership or organizational development certifications.
