We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for complex equipment and systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in diverse field environments.
Position Responsibilities
Equipment Installation & Maintenance
- Install, configure, and maintain equipment according to specifications.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and service checks to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshooting & Support
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site efficiently.
- Provide guidance and training to customers on proper equipment use.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, repairs, and installations.
- Report recurring issues and recommend improvements to engineering teams.
Prerequisites
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar technical role.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, or technical knowledge relevant to the equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Relevant technical certifications or training in field service, electrical, or mechanical systems.
