We are seeking a Signalling PrEM to oversee the planning, design, and implementation of signalling systems, ensuring projects meet safety, quality, and operational standards. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable and efficient signalling solutions.
Position Responsibilities
Signal System Design & Implementation
- Develop, review, and implement signalling system designs according to project requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with safety standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor installation and commissioning activities to confirm quality and performance.
Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to align signalling activities with overall project objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates, reports, and technical guidance.
- Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Conduct testing and validation of signalling systems.
- Ensure all processes meet internal and regulatory quality standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all activities, decisions, and test results.
Prerequisites
- Strong experience in railway signalling or similar control systems.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Relevant signalling or rail system certifications.
- Project management or engineering credentials.
