Position Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to resolve issues and maintain progress.
Risk & Compliance
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Monitor project performance and implement process improvements as needed.
Prerequisites
- Proven experience managing projects, ideally in construction, engineering, or manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent.
