We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead large-scale LSW projects from planning through execution. This role requires strategic oversight, strong leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Position Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Strategy
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
- Develop and implement project strategies that align with business objectives.
- Ensure project delivery meets schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and drive project success.
Risk & Performance Management
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
Prerequisites
- Proven experience leading large-scale projects, preferably in construction, engineering, or infrastructure.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications.
