We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements, enhance production efficiency, and ensure high-quality output across manufacturing operations. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to implement engineering solutions, troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, and support operational excellence initiatives.

Position Responsibilities

Process Development & Optimization

Develop, implement, and refine manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure effective implementation of process changes.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure manufacturing processes adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects and improving yields.

Equipment & Technical Support

Provide guidance on machinery setup, maintenance, and operation.
Assist in evaluating and integrating new equipment or technologies.
Partner with maintenance and operations teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to align processes with product specifications.
Participate in new product introductions, process upgrades, and capacity expansion projects.
Provide training and technical support to operators and staff on process changes and best practices.

Prerequisites

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in manufacturing process engineering in a senior capacity.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)
Lean Manufacturing Certification
Project Management or Process Engineering Certification
