We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements, enhance production efficiency, and ensure high-quality output across manufacturing operations. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to implement engineering solutions, troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, and support operational excellence initiatives.
Position Responsibilities
Process Development & Optimization
- Develop, implement, and refine manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
- Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure effective implementation of process changes.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure manufacturing processes adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects and improving yields.
Equipment & Technical Support
- Provide guidance on machinery setup, maintenance, and operation.
- Assist in evaluating and integrating new equipment or technologies.
- Partner with maintenance and operations teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to align processes with product specifications.
- Participate in new product introductions, process upgrades, and capacity expansion projects.
- Provide training and technical support to operators and staff on process changes and best practices.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing process engineering in a senior capacity.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)
- Lean Manufacturing Certification
- Project Management or Process Engineering Certification
