We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing process development, optimize production efficiency, and ensure product quality. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement improvements, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and support operational excellence.

Position Responsibilities

Process Development & Optimization

Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Collaborate with production teams to implement process changes effectively.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve yield.

Equipment & Technical Support

Provide technical guidance on machinery setup, maintenance, and operation.
Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new equipment or technology.
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to resolve technical issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to align manufacturing processes with product specifications.
Participate in projects such as new product introductions, process upgrades, and capacity expansions.
Provide training and support to operators and staff on process changes and best practices.

Prerequisites

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in manufacturing process engineering, preferably in a senior role.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and process optimization skills.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)
Lean Manufacturing Certification
Project Management or Process Engineering Certification
