We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing process development, optimize production efficiency, and ensure product quality. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement improvements, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and support operational excellence.
Position Responsibilities
Process Development & Optimization
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement process changes effectively.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve yield.
Equipment & Technical Support
- Provide technical guidance on machinery setup, maintenance, and operation.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new equipment or technology.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to resolve technical issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to align manufacturing processes with product specifications.
- Participate in projects such as new product introductions, process upgrades, and capacity expansions.
- Provide training and support to operators and staff on process changes and best practices.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing process engineering, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and process optimization skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)
- Lean Manufacturing Certification
- Project Management or Process Engineering Certification
