We are seeking a proactive and versatile HR Generalist to support human resources functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and policy administration. This role involves partnering with leadership and staff to ensure HR practices align with organizational goals and support a positive workplace culture.
Position Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Support initiatives that promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain HR records, policies, and procedures in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Assist with performance management, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
Training & Development
- Support employee training programs and professional development initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR generalist or related roles.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required)
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification.
