We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager of Product Management to lead product initiatives, drive development, and ensure alignment with business objectives. This role involves managing the product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering products that meet customer needs and market demands.
Position Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Identify market opportunities and assess competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
Product Development & Lifecycle Management
- Oversee product development from concept through launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to gather requirements and align product strategy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related initiatives and communications.
Performance & Metrics
- Track product performance using KPIs and analytics to inform continuous improvement.
- Ensure products meet quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction standards.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management or related leadership roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required)
- Product Management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM).
- Agile or project management certifications.
