We are seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the organization’s HR strategy, oversee talent management, and support the development of a high-performing workforce. This role focuses on driving people-focused initiatives, fostering a positive organizational culture, and ensuring alignment of HR practices with business objectives.
Position Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Advise executive leadership on talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness
- Drive initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent
Talent Management & Development
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning processes
- Implement performance management programs and employee development initiatives
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Lead employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters
Compensation, Benefits & Workforce Planning
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits strategies
- Monitor workforce metrics and analytics to guide HR decision-making
- Collaborate with finance and leadership to optimize resource planning
Culture & Organizational Development
- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance organizational culture
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational change and development
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Extensive experience in senior HR leadership roles, preferably as CHRO or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor law, and organizational development
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex HR programs and cross-functional teams
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or equivalent
- SHRM-SCP or other HR leadership certifications
What the Role Offers
