We are seeking a results-driven North American Sales Manager to lead and grow sales operations across the region. This role is responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth while building strong relationships with customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate brings proven leadership, strong business acumen, and the ability to execute sales strategies effectively.
Position Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and support sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
Account Management & Business Development
- Manage key customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth
- Drive new business development across assigned markets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
Performance & Reporting
- Track sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity
- Prepare regular reports and provide insights to leadership
- Ensure consistent sales processes and best practices are followed
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in sales, with regional or national sales leadership experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Certifications (Preferred, but not required)
- Professional sales or leadership certifications
