We are seeking a strategic and results-driven General Manager to provide leadership and direction across all areas of operations. Position Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all departments.
- Develop and implement strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial results to drive continuous improvement.
Team Management & Development
- Lead, mentor, and motivate departmental leaders to achieve performance targets.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Support workforce planning and employee development initiatives.
Strategic Planning & Business Growth
- Identify new business opportunities and oversee expansion initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to establish and execute short- and long-term plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders to support sustainable growth.
Financial Oversight
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to meet profitability targets.
- Optimize resource allocation and cost management to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations or general management.
- Proven track record of achieving financial and operational goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Lean Six Sigma Certification
