We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety across the facility. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to develop and implement effective maintenance programs that support operational excellence.
Position Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Manage, mentor, and develop the maintenance team to achieve high performance.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Maintenance Operations
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure minimal downtime.
- Manage daily maintenance activities, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Strategic Planning & Budget Management
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets, controlling costs while improving reliability.
- Lead planning of long-term maintenance strategies and capital projects.
Equipment Reliability & Performance
- Implement predictive and preventive maintenance practices to maximize equipment life cycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in collaboration with operations.
- Ensure accurate maintenance records and reporting.
Prerequisites
- Proven leadership experience in maintenance management within an industrial, manufacturing, or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required)
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP).
- Six Sigma or Lean certification.
- OSHA or other safety-related certifications.
