We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Operations to oversee daily operations, optimize business processes, and drive organizational efficiency. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with strong analytical skills, operational expertise, and the ability to guide teams toward achieving business objectives.
Position Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Direct and manage all aspects of operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and implement strategies to improve processes, productivity, and profitability
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff to foster a high-performance culture
- Promote collaboration and accountability across all operational teams
Strategic Planning
- Partner with executive leadership to define and execute operational goals
- Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies to meet changing business needs
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in operations or a related function
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Certified Manager (CM) or similar leadership credential
