We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen brand positioning. This executive role requires a visionary leader with the ability to build and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies, foster high-performing teams, and develop strong client relationships.
Position Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and key market segments.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
- Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Enhance brand presence across traditional and digital platforms.
- Conduct market research to anticipate trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and partnerships.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in sales and marketing.
- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
